HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer FREE shipment for all our items.

CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at orders@obsesse.com within 24 hours.  We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse and are usually delivered within 10-20 working days

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched

If you do not receive one, please email orders@obsesse.com

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours

We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept refunds on all our pieces within 30-days of purchase!

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag.
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed, broken or altered in any way.
  • If the item is received broken, then take a picture and contact us within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, simply email us at returns@obsesse.com using the e-mail address used to order the item.

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authorisation (RA) number within 24 hours.

We will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 3-5 business days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged suit, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at returns@obsesse.com
